Planting the Seeds for Your Wellbeing, Jasmine Gold

Can you believe that 2018 is already here? Do you know what you want to manifest in the upcoming months? Take a moment to close your eyes and picture your life as it is now. Imagine that each item that takes up in time your life is a different type of flower – work, recreation, exercise, food, relationships, etc. You can be as detailed as you want with types or colors of flowers.

What does your life garden look like? How many different flowers are there? Is your garden overgrown with too many flowers because you have too much on your plate? Is it empty because you don’t know what you want to plant? Is it filled with the flowers that you want or it is filled with flowers that you need to pick to make room for new growth?

Imagine now that it is the end of the year. Do you want your life garden to look the same as it is now or is there something you want to change? If there is an item that you want to have lots of in 2018, plant lots of that flower and picture them all as healthy.

What do you need to do this year to make sure the flowers in your garden are healthy? What intentions do you need to set? What tools do you need to make sure your flowers grow and bloom the way you want them to? Do you need assistance or can you manifest what you want on your own?

Are there limiting beliefs that stand in your way? When you try to picture each of your flowers blooming and thriving, is there a voice in your head that says, “No, this flower won’t be healthy because I don’t believe that I can have…  all the money I want…, the relationship of my dreams, the time to exercise, a job that makes me happy…”  Keep asking yourself, “Why do I believe that? Is it really true?”

When you reach the core belief, see if you can shift it. Picture it as a bug or any kind of parasite that preys upon the flowers of your dream garden. Imagine yourself killing it with a bug spray or a fly swatter or any other way that works for you to destroy it. If you don’t like a destructive image, imagine yourself talking it into moving somewhere else. Keep at this until you can visualize your 2018 garden as healthy and growing just the way you want it to be.
