Jasmine Gold is a manifestor. She has spent her adult life awakening to Spirit and the truth of who she is. Her journey intensified in the early 90’s when she was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. This was her wake up call to explore alternative healing treatments and to clear out the fears that were keeping her from living her dreams. After delivering its message and starting her on her path, Jasmine’s thyroid has been healthy for over 20 years.
Jasmine’s primary focus has been the Toltec path of don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements. She discovered his teachings after moving to Sonoma County in 2001. After studying with local teacher Allan Hardman, Jasmine joined a three-year intensive Toltec Dreaming program taught by don Miguel Ruiz and Barbara Emrys. She was drawn to the Toltec work because it has a strong focus both on letting go of limiting beliefs and on living life from a place of unconditional love and acceptance.
A couple years after starting her Toltec journey, Jasmine’s started the Hands of Gold Healing in her living room and moved it to Songbird when Songbird opened in 2010. Hands of Gold provides a fun and casual community for people to explore and receive different types of healing. Jasmine’s primary focus now is directing Songbird Community Healing Center. Her passion is to share information and support growth for everyone through community, connection, and creativity.
